• Wednesday    8:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Thursday        8:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Friday            8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Doctor's Hours

Doctor's hours are by appointment.  Please call to schedule.  NOTE:  We will see sick patients the same day, but if no other appointment is available, they are scheduled as a work-in appointment or a drop-off.  This may mean a wait for you, but your pet WILL be seen if a doctor is in the office.

• Monday         9:00 am to 12:00 pm       2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Tuesday        Surgery in the morning    3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Wednesday   9:00 am to 12:30 pm     
• Thursday       9:00 am to 1:00 pm        3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Friday           Surgery in the morning    2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Dr Mays is available for housecalls on Wednesday and Saturday, when scheduled in advance (emergency housecall service is not available).  Please call the office at 304-489-2799 to schedule an appointment.

After-Hours Emergencies are seen at our local emergency clinic, A-Vet, on Seventh Street in Parkersburg, WV.  A-Vet's phone number is 428-8387.   A-Vet's regularly scheduled hours are 6 pm to 8 am Monday thru Friday, and  4 pm Saturday to 8 am Monday morning.  A-Vet is also open on holidays when regular veterinarian offices are closed.

If you have questions regarding an illness in your pet, please call our office or A-Vet.  Please DO NOT rely on e-mail if your pet has a problem.
